How do credits work?
Personalization credits give you the opportunity to customize your clothes without paying for each modification. Each item comes with a credit bank. Each customization option you choose represents a number of credits that will be subtracted from your bank. It is possible to buy more credits if you want to have even more fun!
Do you have in-house designers?
Yes. Our graphic designers can even create logos and illustrations as part of your project. Three rounds of graphic design per item is included in your project. For companies that already have a team of graphic designers, we can work with them too!
Is it possible to see what my designs look like?
Yes, of course! We will send you a presentation within 2 business days with different options. You will be able to see what your designs will look like.
How much does it cost?
We have different prices depending on the quantities per item as well as the complexity and nature of the project. Despite the high degree of customization, we are able to offer competitive prices by eliminating all intermediaries in the supply chain. When dealing directly with our plants, we do not have to give a commission to a distributor, broker or manufacturer's agent. You are therefore the one who benefits!
What is the minimum quantity required to order?
The minimum quantity per product is between 20 and 50 depending on the product.
What are your production lead times?
Our production lead times are 3 to 5 weeks from the date where the design is approved, you have give us your sizings and we have received the deposit or full payment. In the event of a tight deadline, it is sometimes possible to prioritize your order.
Are your products made in Quebec?
The designs are made in Quebec and the majority of our products are made overseas in countries where cotton is grown directly. See the Sustainable development section for more details.
Do you make labels with the name of my brand or company?
We can make custom labels under certain conditions and in accordance with the specificity of each project.
Can you create products not listed on your website?
Absolutely. We invite you to contact us to discuss your needs and to keep an eye out on social media for our new products.
What are your social policies?
Collaboration is at the heart of our priorities. Growing up as an organization, with each member of our team, here in Quebec or overseas, has always been the goal that our company has vowed to respect.
By investing in local entrepreneurs, we, for example in Pakistan, have helped them go from a team of 5 to between 30 and 40employees. Our factories only employ adult men, and they are committed to meeting the highest standards of satisfaction of our employees. For example, we are proud to say that our employees receive an above-average salary.
We frequently visit our suppliers to the point of knowing their families andemployees personally (they love the maple syrup!)
What are your environmental policies?
We set up our operations in countries where there are already important cotton plantations. This way, we reduce the transportation of raw materials by 15% to 20%, which reduces our greenhouse gas emissions. In other words, we only move the final pieces, instead of moving material at each stage of the process.
We recover between 20% and 25% of the materials we use thanks to an efficient use of the fabric rolls in our facilities. In this way, less material is left unused and prevents environmental losses.
In addition, we donate several hundred pieces per year to local organizations such as Recupex.
